一、產品概述：

TOP BEST-666密封膠是一種單組份中性密封膠，具有極佳的耐老化性能，對于界面形變適應性強，尤其是防水、密封、低溫追隨性最為突出。

1、 Description

TOP BEST-666 Butyl Sealant is a neutral sealant compose of butyl rubber with excellent properties of good anti-aging, sealing, water resistance, Wide range of deformation and especially under low temperature circumstance.

二、適用范圍：

鋼結構屋面體系中直立式屋面鎖縫板咬合部位，屋面各式收邊、平面搭接處、屋面風機、管道開孔等部位。

2、 Application area

Applies to all kinds of seams, holes and cracks in steel roofs, pipes, or other parts.

三、打膠優勢說明：

1）終生不固化，在彩鋼板熱脹冷縮產生形變時，仍能保持極優異的追隨性，不會出現脫膠現象，從而達到密封防水效果；

2)對彩鋼板沒有任何腐蝕，且對咬口、開孔、搭接等部位起到密封保護作用。

(1)Top Best 666 Butyl Sealant is a permanent non-solidation sealant with excellent with excellent elastic deformation along with steel plate expanding when hot and shrinking when cold, and will not result in sealant in peeling off, thus have unmatchable water resistance and tightness properties over silicon sealant.

(2)Top Best 666 Butyl Sealant is a neutral sealant without any corrosion for steel plate. It provides protections for crack, seam and bridging.

四、顏色：標準色為灰色。

五、包裝：310ml 膠管裝，5加倫和55加倫鐵桶裝。

5、Package:310ml plastic tube; 5 & 55 gallons steel keg.

一、使用方法：

1)310ml 膠管裝請參照硅膠打法使用。

2)5加倫、55加倫鐵桶裝須用專用打膠機在彩鋼板生產線中涂膠。

6、Usage

(1) For applying 310ml plastic tube sealant please take a reference of the usage of silicon sealant.

(2) Special sealant machine should be used when applying 5 & 55 gallons sealant.
