可涂刷鋅噴劑WEICON Brushable Liquid Zinc Coating 15001750

The Zinc Coating is based on strictly pure zinc and aluminium pigment flakes, which have been produced in a special process. As well as protecting against cathodic corrosion it also provides a good barrier effect (´shingle’ effect).
The ingredients, which are in a perfect blend, have the effect that the zinc flakes deposit themselves in the lower layer and the aluminium flakes in the upper layer. This results in a colour tone which, on the whole, matches hot galvanizing.

Areas of application:

• repairs of hot galvanized parts in matching colour
• as rust protection base, e.g. for coats of varnish
• for coating welded and drilled areas, e.g. on galvanised metal sheets
• as conductive intermediate layer in spot welding
• wherever metal must be protected against corrosion
